Altheria “Ally” Mann

Hey Everyone! I am Altheria “Ally” Mann, LMBT NC #20448. I am originally from Columbus, Ohio. I began my massage career in 2014 after graduating from Heritage College. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Sports and Neuromuscular Therapy and I love to incorporate both myofascial release and muscle energy techniques. My dream and passion has always been to work with athletes. As a former athlete, I truly understand the importance of listening and taking care of your body. One thing I love most about being a massage therapist is having the ability to help my clients feel their best. I have had experience working with clients of all different backgrounds ensuring that everyone receives optimal care, and I hope to do the same for you! I believe massage therapy is important because it allows you to obtain overall wellness by freeing your mind, healing your body, and relaxing your soul.
